There
is a Dehydration epidemic! Freshly Squeezed Water Explain:
Most
people are chronically and dangerously dehydrated.
This is because they do not drink enough water. Instead
they drink dehydrating fluids that most people deem
more palatable or pleasant than water, like coffee,
tea, cordials, fizzy drinks or alcohol. The causes
of the resultant diseases are generally not identified
my medical practitioners so they are often
treated completely unnecessarily with drugs which
bring with them a whole range of side effects.
(See a BBC
News report about the side effects of drugs, and an article
about it from Jay Cohen, a prominent US medical
practitioner.)

How
to Avoid Dehydration
To
avoid dehydration, adults should drink 2 to 3 litres
of fresh, clean water every day, and minimise the consumption
of dehydrating fluids. Avoid drinking during and within
30 minutes of meals. Drink more if you are exercising
or sick.
Tap
water generally contains many contaminants and
should be filtered by reverse osmosis (see which
water) to remove fluoride, chlorine, heavy
metals, pesticides, hormones and other contaminants.
Bottled water is of variable quality and may become
contaminated with oestrogen-rich plasticisers from
plastic bottles.
Use
RO water for all cooking needs too, to avoid concentrating
the chemicals in water in your food.
