An absolute must for every system installed,
please, if you have a system fitted have one of
these, do not take the chance that it will not
happen to you. We now fit an alarm unit as
standard policy to every rental system ordered
we have experienced the damage and the
anguish caused by a little or a lot of water,
please do not let it happen top you.
This
model consists of a stainless steel tray
with a covering layer conductive crystals and a mounting
plate for either alarm systems both versions are battery
operated.
The alarm
is activated by a small sensor attached to the tray by
a self adhesive pad. If a leak occurs
the water act as a conductor and activates the
alarm, at the same time of setting off the alarm
the
sensor also activates a mechanical connection that
cuts off the water supply to the system. There
is a
press switch on the alarm case to stop the alarm
and a key to reset the alarm and allow the water
to
flow to the system once the leak has been located
and cleared. We fit this model as standard to all
our
loft mounting whole house filtration systems.
