The
FSW RO filtration process:
Stage
1: 5 Micron Sediment Pre-Filter
This sediment cartridge is utilized, which because of the five micron
rating, is effective in removing dirt, rust and sand particles.
Stage
2: Granular Activated Carbon Filter
This granular activated carbon filter takes out 99% of the chlorine and
organic chemicals. It provides enhanced reduction of taste, odour, and
colour.
Stage
3: 1 Micron Sediment Pre-Filter
With secondary sediment pre-filter provides effective filtration and
does not release carbon dust. It provides for improved membrane performance
up to 99% TDS rejection.
Stage
4: High capacity reverse osmosis membrane
A thin-film composite (TFC) high quality membrane (0.0001 micron) that
processes up to 200 litres per day.
Stage
5: Final carbon post-filter
This filter provides final polishing of processed water leaving the storage
tank to make it taste great!
The
Freshly Squeezed Water Package
The
filter system and storage tank fit neatly and conveniently
into standard below-sink cupboard space. The outlet
is a discrete, stylish stainless steel faucet,
easily fitted to any standard sink unit.

Installation
Carried
out by our fully trained engineers.
Annual
Filter Changes
Every
year approximately 3-4 weeks before your filter
changes are due we will send you a reminder.
You can then order your filters quickly and
easily over the phone or by post. We will then
send them to with full instructions. Our unique
filter pod design means that you will be able
to change the filters yourself very quickly
and easily. But if you prefer we can arrange
for this to be done for you at a reasonable
cost by your local FSW fitter.
Guarantee
We
guarantee the FSW system for 1 year from
date of installation (until first filter
change required) provided that it has not been
tampered with in any way.
If
at
any time during this period a problem should
arise that we are unable to rectify we will
replace it with a new system. Without
fuss.
This
guarantee excludes the tap, which has a
1 year guarantee although it should last
considerably longer depending on wear and
tear. Replacement taps and a fitting service
are available at a nominal cost.
